Schedule for Wagner Community School District Children ages 3-5 currently not enrolled in a school-based program Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the Wagner Community School in Wagner. Please call the administrative assistant at South Central Cooperative at 605-589-3134 or 1-800-568-4193 to schedule your screening time.

The developmental screening is a service provided by the South Central Cooperative in conjunction with the Wagner Community School District. The screening will include a quick check of your child's development or performance in each of the following areas:

• Motor/coordination

• Language skills, thinking or performing tasks

• Vision (performed by SCCD/ Head Start) ***Please Note***

• Children currently enrolled in the Wagner Preschool/Head Start Program will be screened while attending school on September 20 and 21.
