The following corrections are offered by the Wagner Rotary Club related Rotary’s regular meeting on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023.

Area-scholar Miss Cayla Nelson was the Club’s guest speaker. Miss Nelson is the very first recipient of the crown representing the State of South Dakota in the National American Miss (NAM) Pageant! NAM is a program based on the foundational principle of fostering positive self-image by enhancing natural beauty within.

Recently, Cayla Nelson represented South Dakota at the National NAM competition in Florida. Though Cayla did not earn the national title (as originally noted in Club Minutes), she had an unforgettable week of learning, relationship building, and she even received viewers’ People’s Choice award!

Miss Nelson is on track to graduate (early!) this Spring. The Wagner Rotary Club congratulates this leader and scholar.
