The Wagner Rotary Club met on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 for its regular weekly meeting.

Five WCS seniors were present: Camden Roth, Brennan Leines, Jessica Kocer, Nolan Dvorak and Myles Kokes.
Rotarian Pastor Bill Heermann offered up thanks.
Rotarian Kidd then led us in song.
Rotarian Cotton presented the Rotary minutes which was a summarization of “What is Rotary”.
Rotarian Jerry Weber, Sergeant at Arms Pro Temp took the podium with much glee as he had a nice list of fines to be bestowed upon this group, who in Rotarian Jerry Weber’s terms “you guys make this too easy”. First Rotarian Jerry Weber quizzed the group on Ground Hogs Day history, we did not fare well.
Fines levied:
$2.00 for Rotarian Jordan Weber for his winning one of the year end football book prizes.
$2.00 for Rotarian Slaba for his “full report in the paper last week, it was a book!”.
$2.00 for Rotarian Cotton for finally learning from a SDSU potential student who was sitting next to Rotarian Cotton (USD Graduate).
$2.00 for Rotarian Heermann for his wife celebrating her birthday last week. Actual age was not discussed as it might potentially impact Rotarian Heermann as well as the Sargent at Arms himself $2.00 for Rotarian Slaba for his ADD tendencies when greeting the members and seniors as he was pacing the floor and made the Sargent at Arms nervous just watching him.
$2.00 for Rotarian Bill Frei for his funky beard, thought he might be trying out for one of those Alaskan reality shows.
$2.00 for Rotarian Rachel (Doom) Woods and Rotarian Jamie Soukup both seemed greeted the Sargent at Arms with “Glad to see you back”. This was believed to be a ploy not to be fined, UM it didn’t work guys.
$2.00 for Rotarians Cara Frei as she looked very cold and didn’t have her coat on. It was determined that indeed she was very cold but had taken her coat off in the entry way. No leniency was given by the Sargent at Arms.
$4.00 for Rotarian Doom something about a tree, the Recorder (me) was to busy writing fines down that I didn’t hear the entire story.
$2.00 for Rotarian Bill Frei for a phone violation. Tried to call two other Rotarians in order to catch them with a phone violation.

$2.00 and $3.00 happy fine for Rotarian Jerry Henke for his birthday the previous week.
