WAGNER PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ETJ MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH, 2022 WAGNER CITY HALL 5:30PM The meeting was called to order by Jean Pirner at 5:28 pm.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Mrs. Pirner asked if anyone would like to declare a conflict of interest. None were cited.

Members Present: Jean Pirner, Robert Kisely, Don Hubbard and Lori Beeson. ETJ members present: Cody Spreckels, Whitey Tolliver and Jim Bastemeyer. Others present: Kesa Alexander, Zoning Administrator/ City Clerk.

A motion was made by Beeson, seconded by Tolliver for the approval of the agenda. All voted aye, motion carried.

Mrs. Pirner stated the purpose of the meeting was for consideration of approval for a plat of Lot 1, Golden Pond Addition, in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of section 32, t96N, R63W of the 5th P.M., Charles Mix County South Dakota.

Location of the plat was discussed.

A motion to approve the plat and forward the recommendation of approval to the city council was made by Spreckels, seconded by Tolliver. All voted aye, motion carried.

Resolution of City Planning Commission Be it resolved by the city planning commission of Wagner, South Dakota, that the above said plat be, and the same is hereby approved and its adoption by the city council of the city of Wagner, South Dakota, is hereby recommended.

I, Jean Pirner, of the city planning commission for the city of Wagner South Dakota do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed by the city planning commission of Wagner, South Dakota, at a meeting thereof held on this 26th day of September, 2022.

A motion to adjourn was made by Hubbard, seconded by Kisely. All voted aye, motion carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
