“This is my favorite concert to direct every year. It’s fun to see what kind of music the kids are interested in since they get to choose their ensembles and group music, with some assistance from me when needed. It’s fun to see kids that you wouldn't expect singing solos and breaking out of their shell to perform. The kids were smiling ear to ear after every performance as well, and that’s that main goal. You can tell they have a sense of achievement afterwards,” said Choir Director Autumn Shultz.
