Avon Pirates traveled to Corsica for some Friday night football action. At the end of the first quarter Avon found themselves down 12-22, but came back in the 2nd quarter to add 8 to the scoreboard. The fourth quarter, both teams ran in a touchdown, but as the final buzzer sounded the Pirates found themselves down 28-34 to take the loss.

On the offense, Jaden Stahl rushed for 98 yards and scored 1 touchdown and a 2-point conversion, Cade Faulkner rushed for 90 yards and scored 1 touchdown, Paxton Bierema rushed for 83 yards and scored 1 touchdown and Landon Mudder rushed for 51 yards, scored 1 touchdown and a 2-point conversion.

On the defense, Kley Heumiller had the lone sack for the night.
