Avon Pirates hosted Corsica/ Stickney for some Friday nightfootballactionwheretook the win 22-8.

First quarter found Aziah Meyer once again putting a touchdown on the scoreboard after a 41 yard pass from QuarterbackTylerTjeerdsma. He finished this drive with a successful 2-point conversion.

In the third quarter Aziah had a one yard run in for a touchdown following my a 63 yard run and a successful 2-point conversion to make the score 22-8. Both teams were held scoreless in the second and fourth quarter.
