PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pickstown, SD is accepting requests to lease Warehouse Space, containing approximately 7,448 square feet located directly north of the building known as the Rainbow Room, with a property address of 308 White Swan Drive. The building has a single drive in access on the north side and several walk in entrances.

The renter will sign a one year lease and pay all utilities for the space, as well as purchase liability insurance for the contents located on the leased property. A full contract is available from the Finance Officer, Town of Pickstown, SD.

The space will be available on March 1st. The lease will be approved at a public meeting of the Board of Trustees.
