PROVERBS 12:15 : The way of a fool is wise in his own eyes:but he that hearkeneth unto council is wise."(KJV)

The Bible tells us that a fool sayeth in his heart, there is no God.

So this Scripture tells us of a fool who thinks that whatever he does is wise in his own eyes.

It is easy for a fool to sin against God, so to him--anything goes--and it is ok in his own eyes. He thinks he is wise, but the Scripture goes on to say that a person hearkeneth ( or listens ) unto council--is wise.

In this case the council will come from the person who God puts before His people--namely the Pastor.

The pastor or counselor is placed before you for your benefit. He will instruct you as to Who God is, what God wants, and what God does not want. He will bring out the Satan led sin in a persons life. He does not do this to pick on a person, but to make a person understand that sin is against God---and God hates sin. He will also bring out the many blessings that a person can have by denouncing sin in their life--which God blesses when this is done. He will let people know that there is life after death.

A soul will live on for eternity. In Heaven for trusting in Jesus or in Hell for refusing to believe in Jesus.

So the fool that does not believe in God who continues to believe this, is absolutely not wise in his own eyes, and will end up in Hell.

The one who listens to counseling of the pastor--thru preaching the Bible, and trusts in Jesus as his own personal Savior--is very wise and will end up in Heaven for ever with Jesus.
