By
NEW TRAFFICKING SIGN EAST OF WAGNER

THE SOUTH CENTRAL COALITION AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING has put up a new sign east of Wagner on Highway 46 . Celebrating the event are Elizabeth Black Bull, Gail Huebbling, Sister Pat Mylott, Kim Flying Hawk, Lisa Schoenfelder, Father Jim Friedrich, Everdale Song Hawk and Waylon Houseman.

The sign was the accomplishment of many individuals and groups working together:

1. The South Central Coaltion Against Human Trafficking

2. The St. John's Catholic Daughters and the CCD children, who donated the funds for the sign.

3. Graphic Artist: Morgan Wenderoff Jeffries and ordered by Laken Nedved

4. BIA Land Management who bought the supplies for putting up the sign

5. Mike Cuka and son who erected the sign.

6. The Yankton Sioux Tribe who provided the land by Choteau Creek.

7. Native American Women's Resource Center in Lake Andes

8. Oblate Sisters from Marty.

We appreciate these groups and individuals. Our next meeting is October 28 at 2:30 p.m.

If you would like to join our efforts, please call Sr. Pat Mylott: 384-3305 or the Woman's Resource Center: 487-7072. Our efforts are toward awareness and prevention of human trafficking.
