This past Saturday July 27th, members of the 2004 National Guard 153rd Engineer Battalion who were deployed overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II, held a 20-year reunion.
When the unit was first deployed in 2004, over 100 members of the 153rd Engineer Battalion were activated including many of our own local men and women. The reunion was a chance for the Veterans to get together to catch up and reflect on their deployment.
