The 37th Mudder Cousin’s Day was held at the Ramada Inn in Sioux Falls on July 29th and 30th. Hostesses were Janice Smidt and Stacy Quam. An evening potluck meal was enjoyed followed by a bridal shower honoring Jaclyn Rothschadlandababyshowerhonoring Leah Quam. Joyce Borah’s 65th birthday and her retirement after teaching preschool for 33 years were celebrated. The children andteensenjoyedswimming. Saturday the cousins ate lunch at PizzaRanchbeforeleavingfortheir respective homes.

Attending were: Adrienne (Hoverstadt), Maggie, Ryan, & Luke McKeown, Harrisburg; Janice (Mudder) Smidt, Stacy (Smidt) Quam, Lexi Quam, Leah Quam, Joyce (Mudder) Borah, Jamie (Borah) Peterson, and Jayda Peterson, all of Huron; Jane (Mudder)Gramkow,Olivet;Alicia, Alody,Aylah,Camdyn,andCayson Gramkow, Olivet; Julie (Mudder) Rothschadl, Tyndall; Jett and Brecken Rothschadl, Scotland; Jenna (Rothschadl), Myles, and Nora Miller, Olivet; Jaclyn Rothschadl, Brookings;Paula(Pudwill) Wieting, Milbank; Joan (Mudder) Doty, Wagner; and Jacque (Mudder) Liebl, Menno. All are either a granddaughter,greatgranddaughter, great granddaughter in law, or great great grandchild of the late Elsie Mudder.
