LSS South Dakota is pleased to share our Resource Guide for Older Adults in Douglas and Charles Mix Counties. LSS completed this guide as part of the Older Adult Resource Network (OARN) - a project that aims to help older adults (aged 55 and up) age at home by connecting them to services and supports. The project also supports caregivers and communities as a whole in retaining older adult residents.
