More than 100 ex-service men held a meeting in the men's waiting room of the court house Thursday evening. Atty. J. E. Tipton made a short talk. This was the second meeting of what is knownastheCharlesMixCounty Ex-service Men's Voters League.

Mrs. Mary Frances Miley, 82, a great grandmother, went to the election polls for the first time on November 4, because she felt it was time for a change in politics.

Dale Leonard was a corn picker accident victim the past weekend and was taken to a Sioux City hospital.
