The King's Daughters Sunday School class were hostesses to a dinner at the 1st Presbyterian Church to honor Miss Mary and Margaret Kirk who are moving to Alberdeen.

The Mets swanped Tyndall 24-1. Liveris did the pitching and also had 4 hits. Jon Westling had a double and a single. Clair Brodeen had two singles. Magma Cum Laude from Southern State College out of 147 graduates.
Denis Meiers was named to Pi Mu Epilson, math fraternity at USD.
Barbara Haenfler was honored with a dinner for her confirmation on Sunday. Diane Brandt was also honored for confirmation with a dinner for family and friends.
