Jolene Connor of Chesapeake, Virginia was a visitor for several days in the home of her mother, Carol Jurrens of Wisconsin were also visitors for several days of their aunt, Carol. Other visitors were Don and Cheryl DeJong of Forney, Texas; Mel and Carol Tjeerdsma of Maryville, Missouri; Duane and Linda Tjeerdsma of Springfield; Dennis and Dixie Jurrens, Nicole Jurrens of Sioux Falls; Loren and Laurie Jurrens, Lexie Jurrens and Livi Jurrens of Rapid City and her friend, Owen of Indianapolis, Indiana. They were all here to attend the celebration of Carol's 90th birthday on October 10. The First Baptist Church provided a dinner followed by and Open House for Carol. Guests were registered from Avon, Harrisburg, Rapid City, Sioux Falls, Springfield, Tyndall, Wagner, Yankton, Indiana, Missouri and Wisconsin.

Robin Schnaidt of Menno was a visitor and provided dinner last Wed nesday for her mother, Shirley and Jim Yonkers. Todd Weber of Menno was a visitor and dinner guest on Thursday and Sunday of his mother, Shirley and Jim.

Jim, Savannah, Jimmi, Elli, Nash and Ty Williams of Alexandria, Tate, Callie, Jack and Tommy Williams of Letcher; Jesse and Cade Block of Platte; Rusty, Bonnie and Asher Williams of Tyndall; Jack and Sheila Williams; Don and Marsha Mudder, and Logan Mudder of Sioux Falls were visitors on the opening day of pheasant season in the home of Jon and Lynn Stather.

Curtis and Bette Koehn were visitors over the weekend in Rapid City where they visited their daughter, Jaime and Eric Wiechmann and grandsons, George and Mortgon Wiechmann and James Wiechmann. They celebrated James 18th birthday by going to his favorite Chinese restaurant.

Jim and Vicki Schuurmans of Tyndall were supper guests on Friday night in the home of her sister, Lynn and Jon Stather.

Doug Kozel of Pierre were was a weekend visitor in the home of his brother, Larry and Sharon Kozel. He was here to do some pheasant hunting.

Mike anc Lisa Einrem, Larry and Muriel Namminga, and Jarvis and Marilyn Winckler enjoyed the nice Sunday afternoon outside at the home of the Winckler's where they enjoyed playing Marbles.

Conrad anc Erma Meyer were supper guests on Sunday night in the home of their son, Kevin, Sarah, Nate, Kallie and Leah Meyer, Alex and Evan Sallee of Tabor.

Nyla Raysby spent the weekend visiting in the home of her daughter, Dawn, Frank, Lily and Harrison Bares of Sioux Falls.

Jon and Lynn Stather attended the college football game between South Dakota State University and Southern Illinois a week ago last Saturday in Brookings. SDSU ended up losing by l point in overtime. Their niece's husband, Jimmy Rogers is an assistant coach for SDSU.

Jay Weber and his twin granddaughters, Reina and Sloan Weber of Sioux Falls were visitors on Saturday in the home of his mother and great-grandparents, Shirley and Jim Yonkers.

Betty Lou Harmacek enjoyed getting together with Kim Schmidt, Robin Cox and Jay Jurrens of Wisconsin who were here for the celebration of Carol Jurrens 90th birthday. They are the family of Virg and Mac Jurrens of Madison, Wisconsin.
