Local volunteer firemen work to put out the fire from a house explosion Wednesday afternoon, October 30th at North Housing.

Firemen begin to cut the rafters from the roof with a chainsaw as they prepare to lift off the roof in order to gain access to the basement area of the home. The two individuals home at the time of the explosion, Aurora Denney and her daughter Natalyce Denney, age 3, died in the home from the explosion. The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
