For the last several years, Live Ticket has made school events available to the public. Most recently that availability became more widely used during many bouts of COVID restrictions.

Avon took its lead on this product from other schools that were providing their events online. According to Mr. Brad Poppe, the Avon tech coordinator, it takes two people to run our Live Ticket feed. People who are currently trained to run the system include Poppe, who sets it up; Keegan McAdaragh and Carmindy Ferwerda, who run the production; and either Makayla Kopp, Haden Cahoy, Sam Brodeen, Allison Frank, or Maddy Huitema, who run the camera. You have to be in high school to be selected to run it.

The Live Ticket includes a main computer, audio system, and a camera which all hook up together to make oneAvon has been doing Live Ticket for about four years.
