Lila Ann Vanderlei was born on October 23, 2006. Lila is the daughter of Craig and Amy Vanderlei, and the sister of Grace, Lexi, Bree, and Jon Vanderlei. She loves DIY projects and just being outside. Lila’s proudest achievements at AHS are being on the Merit Honor Roll all four years of high school, as well as remaining in extra-curricular activities such as volleyball and basketball. Lila’s biggest role models are her parents because they taught her how to be a good person and that hard work pays off. One word of advice Lila lives by is “Make good choices.” – Mom. Lila’s advice for underclassmen is, “Do your homework.” Lila’s favorite subject is science because it makes her think, and she finds it interesting. After high school, Lila plans to go to college and study Secondary Science Education.
