Fingers crossed that spring is finally here! With the event of spring comes spring clean- up. I am happy to announce that the library is sponsoring a community cleanup contest. You may have seen this contest on Facebook. Here is the library’s take on the clean -up.

• First, locate an area needing to be cleaned up. Size and or amount of clean up does not matter. It can be your yard or a public area. Clean-up may be completed by a group or individuals.

• Second, take a picture of the area needing the clean-up.

• Third, clean-up the area.

• Fourth, take a second picture showing the area cleaned-up and the garbage bags or whatever you are disposing of from the clean-up.

• Lastly bring both pictures to the library or message them through FB to the Library FB page, and your name will be entered into a drawing for a $25.00 gift card from Cahoy’s General Store purchased by the library. If you complete the clean-up as a group only one person from the group can have their name entered into the drawing. Drawing will be April 30th.
