The 2nd database that is available to anyone across the state of South Dakota is Book Flix. This can be accessed at home by going to library.sd.gov your SD State Library website. Click on electronic resources/databases and you will be taken to a complete listing of all databases, click on Book Flix and you are there. Questions call or visit the library.

Bookflix is a website with animated stories that bring eBooks to life. It has over 120 animated books filled with adventure, music, and interactive games.

Bookflix reads each book aloud to you, word-by-word. Follow along with the reader, or just enjoy the story!

You can also play games. Match words, see if you can tell fact from fiction, or try to remember what event came first in the book you read.
