This week July 22-26 concludes the formal summer programming program at the library. We had a wonderful number of children taking part and had a lot of great learning experiences and more importantly we have increased the number of pages read from last year. We are still adding up the exact numbers and will report them soon.
Because the formal learning sessions are ending it does not mean that the library is going to stop welcoming students to the library 6 days out of 7 days each week.
As a capstone event the library is sponsoring “The Big Bang Bubble Show” on Wednesday, July 24th at the library location. The show is open to all ages and is FREE! There will be 100’s of wands of different shapes and sizes and a hand made bubble solution that makes bubbles not only bigger, but longer lasting.
