Summer Programming sessions have begun at the library. Programming begins at 1:00 each day for K-2nd graders, 2:00 for 3-5th graders and 3:00 for 6-12th graders. If you have not signed up there is still time to do so. Summer reading is also beginning on June 6th.

Have a child 0-5 years old? Want them to be more prepared for entrance into Kindergarten? Sign them up for “1000 Books before Kindergarten” at the library.

June 14th is “Flag Day”. The library has been a deposit for flags which can no longer be flown, because of their being destroyed by the elements when in use. The library in conjunction with local Veterans Associations are planning a flag burning ceremony for “Flag Day”. Stay tuned for more information.

The Library Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on June 14th at 4:45 at the Library. This is a public meeting.
