The Library has prepared a Thanksgiving activity for the children ages K-12 grade. Pick up a picture at the Library to color before Thanksgiving and return it for the Library to display. Each returned picture will get a small prize from the Library.
I have just finished reading “The Silent Patient” by Alex Michaelides. I am not a mystery reader. I prefer historical romances, but this book had me hooked after the 1st chapter. The Wall Street Journal compared it to an ending, classic of an Agatha Christie mystery. It is written in the perspective of Theo Faber, who is a psychotherapist working with Alicia Berenson who was convicted of murdering her husband, and has never spoken a word since the time of the murder. Will she speak? If she does speak what does she have to say. “The Silent Patient” is available for check out at the Library.
