The library was excited to host SD Ballet BEYOND program on Thursday, July 1. Madeleine Scott, the executive director of SD Ballet and four dancers provided a program and workshop for those attending. Funding from the SD Humanities Council through a CARES grant brought this presentation to Lake Andes.

Thursday, July 15th at 2:00 Starr Chief Eagle a Hoop Dancer Extraordinaire and Lakota Artist will be performing on the Library Lawn. Everyone is invited to the free presentation. Bring your own seating. This program is sponsored by the South Dakota Arts Council and a CARES grant from the South Dakota Humanities Council.
