Dear Editor:
We wanted to inform you of some changes to the Lake Andes area that will begin 1/2/19. Effective on that date, prescriptions filled and delivered from James Drug in Wagner will be delivered to Cahoy's General Store (instead of Wollman's where they have been being delivered). Cahoy's General Store has purchased the Wollman's building as they are in need of extra space for office work, warehousing, storage and other essential business operations and has agreed to continue to serve as a drop off location for prescriptions delivered for area residents. The front of the old Wollman's building will also receive a remodel in the near future to match the current look of Cahoy's General Store. As Cahoy's General Store is open for extended hours (8-8 Monday-Saturday and 9-5 on Sunday) customers who wish to pick up their prescriptions in Lake Andes will have greater flexibility in which to do so. Customers can still call in their prescriptions Monday through Friday to James Drug - or have them sent there by their provider - and they will be delivered by 5:00 that same day to Cahoy's. If you cannot make it in to pick up your prescription the day it is filled, it will remain at Cahoy's for pick up for one week after it is filled and delivered. Please feel free to call James Drug at 605-384-3541 or Cahoy's General Store at 605-487-7241 if you have any questions or concerns, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. We believe this change will benefit both businesses involved, while adding a fresh new look to the old Wollman's building, and extended pick up hours for our customers.
Sincerely, Dan Cahoy, Cahoy's General
Store
