Dave Hubbs, winner of the $5,000 Grand Prize in the American Legion 30^th Annual Sweepstakes, donated half of the winnings back to the American Legion, $1,000 to the Wagner’s Cancer Walk, $500 to Wagner’s Boys & Girls Club, $500 to Parkview Villa & Meals on Wheels and gave a $500 Scholarship to Megan Merkwan.
