The Wagner volleyball team hosted Hanson on Tuesday, September 26th. The Red Raiders defeated the Beaverettes 25-14, 25-20, and 25-20.

Outside hitter Ashlyn Koupal led the attack throwing down 12 kills along with Kya Kjeldgaard putting down 10, Aubrey Medricky added 8 and Ravyn Medricky had 6. Senior setter M. Koupal dished out 28 assists in the win. A. Medricky led at the service line racking up 11 points/2 aces, A. Koupal tallied 10 points/3 aces, M. Koupal added 8 points/3 aces and Braxton Nedved had 8 points/1 ace. In the back court A. Koupal led the defense scrapping for 18 digs, M. Koupal added 16 and A. Medricky had 10 in the match. M. Koupal earned 4 blocks on the night along with Kjeldgaard putting up 3 of her own.

Wagner JV earned another win with scores of 25-15 and 25-23. Ravyn Medricky led all hitters with 4 kills and Brylie Link earned 3 in the win. Nedved distributed the ball well and tallied 10 assists in the win. Behind the service line Libby Kotab earned 12 points/4 aces and Brianna Fuchs added 9 points/3 aces. In the back court Shana Lensing picked up 10 digs while Kotab had 7 in the match. R. Medricky earned 1 stop up at the net.

Wagner C team also battled and got the win with scrores of 18-25, 25-18, and 15-13. Hannah Holzbauer led the attack earning 6 kills, along with Mateya Bruguier and Ashtyn Bruguier each with 3, and Kylin Insko with 2. Setter Jazlyn Lhotak and Insko had 8 and 6 assists in the match. Fuchs led all servers with 8 points/3 aces and M. Bruguier added 6 points/2 aces. Libero Hayden Fischer scrapped for 14 digs, M. Bruguier tallied 12, Holzbauer added 11, and Lhotak had 9. Fuchs had 1 solo block in the win.
