The Raider Volleyball team took on the Chamberlain Cubs on Thursday, September 1st. The girls came out ready to play and it showed. Scores of the match were 25-5, 25-6, and 25-8.

Emma Yost led all hitters with 8 kills while Avari Bruguier and Shalayne Nagel had 6 and 5 kills respectively. Junior setter Macy Koupal distributed the ball 20 times to her hitters in the win. M. Koupal led all servers by racking up 30 points/6 aces followed by S. Nagel with 14 points/3 aces and A. Bruguier with 10 points/1 ace. In the back court E. Yost picked up 9 digs while S. Nagel and Madi Knebel each had 6 digs. Shona Kocer put up 4 blocks and Nagel added 3 stops. JV added another win to their record with scores of 25-9 and 25-19. Ashlyn Koupal led in kills putting down 7 while Lydia Yost had 5 of her own. Setters L. Yost and Braxton Nedved dished out 8 and 7 assists in the win. At the service line L. Yost served 7 points/4 aces, Hazel Jensen had 7 points/2 aces and Nedved added 6 points/2 aces. A. Koupal scrambled for 11 digs along with Jensen for 8 on the night.

The C team picked up a win with scores 25-5 and 25-10. Jessie Gutierez and Cadence Bernie had 4 and 3 kills in the win. Nedved also had 5 assists in the match. Brylie Link led all servers with 13 points/3 aces and Addsion Cuka added 10 points/4 aces. Gutierez and Libby Kotab each had 2 digs in the win.
