The Wagner volleyball team hosted Scotland on Tuesday, October 3 and swept the Highlanders in three straight sets with scores of 25-13, 25-8, and 25-14.

Outside hitters Aubrey Medricky and Ashlyn Koupal led the attack with 9 and 8 kills. Kya Kjeldgaard added 7 of her own and Ravyn Medricky had 5. Macy Koupal dished out 29 assists in the win. Senior A. Medricky was on fire at the service line earning 22 points/5 aces while Braxton Nedved added 9 points 2 aces and Madi Knebel had 7 points/2 aces. In the backcourt A. Koupal picked up 13 digs, Nedved scrambled after 9, while Knebel, A. Medricky and M. Koupal all had 6. Up at the net Kjeldgaard and A. Medricky both earned 3 stops and M. Koupal had 2.

Wagner JV team earned another win with scores of 25-14 and 25-13. Nedved led the attack throwing down 6 kills along with R. Medricky and Katrina Zephier each earning 4. Nedved tallied 10 assists in the match. Behind the service line Nedved led all servers racking up 10 points/3 aces, Hannah Holzbauer added 8 points/6 aces, and Libby Kotab had 4 points/3 aces. In the backcourt Shana Lensing scrambled for 9 digs while Nedved and Holzbauer each picked up 4. Zephier put up one block in the win.
