The Avon Lady Pirates traveled to Gayville Tuesday, February 17th to take on the Gayville/Volin Raiders, where they suffered a tough 41-52 loss. Lexi Vanderlei led the Pirates offensively, finishing with 11 points. Rilyn Thury contributed on the boards with 5 rebounds while also adding 3 assists. Brielle Voigt helped facilitate the offense with 4 assists and added 3 steals defensively. As a team, the Lady Pirates shot an efficient 46% from the field, connecting on 17 of 37 attempts.
