SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – David Koupal, of Wagner, swore in as the newest member of the South Dakota Army National Guard’s 155th Engineer Company during an enlistment ceremony at the Military Entrance Processing Station in Sioux Falls, October 19th.

Koupal is a senior at Avon High School and will attend Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, after graduation next year. He will be assigned to the Wagner–based 155th En. Co. as an interior electrician when he returns from training.
