The Wagner boys wrestling team competed at the Region 3B Tournament in Winner, turning in a strong performance and qualifying three wrestlers for the state tournament.

At 113 pounds, Frank Krcil battled to a 3-1 record and claimed third place, punching his ticket to the state tournament with a strong finish. Hunter Wiechmann also earned a trip to state, placing fourth at 150 pounds with a 2-2 record in a competitive bracket.

The state tournament will take place February 26–28 in Sioux Falls, where the trio will represent Wagner against the best in South Dakota.
