KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS PLAY LONDON BRIDGES
Kindergarten students and staff gave a big Shout Out to Elementary Principal Mike Duffek for taking the time to show the students how to play London Bridges at recess. Duffek, who is in his first year as elementary principal at WCS, formerly served as principal at Bon Homme the past 29 years. His past teaching experience includes years at Springfield, Tabor, Tyndall, and Freeman, before going into Administration in 1999. Mr. D, as he is known to students and staff, is enjoying being a part of the Wagner Community School and is seen often not only at recess, but in the halls, lunchroom, classroom, and at school activities. He looks forward to getting to know students at WCS, as well as parents and community members. Elementary students are recognized weekly by Mr D with Shout Out announcements for positive deeds and encouraging others to follow their actions. (Submitted photo)
