Wagner community members were invited to attend Connie Kaufman’s Hometown Hero Reception on Wednesday, September 18th. At the recognition, Connie was presented with her certificate by Marcella Strand, the Activities Coordinator of Modern Woodmen Chapter 17406. The event was held at the Wagner American Legion with many community members attending to be a part of Connie’s recognition.
