KNOW THE TRUTH

Submitted By Dr. James Schirtzinger, D.d.

Pastor/Founder of the Grace Baptist Church, Lake Andes since 1988 P ROVERBS 2:30 'There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the Lord.' (KJV) Our first instructions as Christians is to know the Word of God so we cannot be endued to believe otherwise.

11 TIMOTHY 2:15 'Study to shew thyself approved unto God, A workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth.' (KJV) In the scriptures we see declared where the scriptures-all of them come from.

11Timothy 3:16 'All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.' (KJV) The scriptures express that no words at all should be changed.

MATTHEW 5:18 'For I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot nor one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law till all be fulfilled.' (KJV) As we can see, God in the Inspirer of the Word of God--the Bible. We are to study the Word of God knowing that not one jot or tittle of His Word should ever be changed--even to the end of the world.

God in all wisdom and inspired His Word, which is perfect.

Man is finite and God is Infinite which simply means no man has more wisdom than God---and by man's less wisdom than God's--changing the Word of God in any way to make it better is foolish.

PROVERBS 2:30 'There is no wisdom nor understanding, nor counsel against the Lord.' (KJV) is absolutely correct.

The Bible tells us to search the Scriptures, in other cases-Scripture backs up scripture.

We can now see how scripture backs up scripture--and that is because God, Who inspired it, wanted it that way.

We have God's Word and no other claim to be God's Word--it's not God's Word but what some think they have more wisdom than God.

Don't be confused or misled-- now you know the truth.

Have you been confused and misled?
