HOW DO YOU FIT

ATTHEW 38,39 And he that taketh not his cross and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. He that findeth his life shall lose it, and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. The word "cross" in verse 38 is not talking about a physical cross to carry around. The word "cross"is referring to a "burden", and that "burden" is to see that lost souls would be saved. He is talking to us in this Scripture. If seeing others saved is not on your mind, is not your burden, is not your cross, than Jesus says that you are not worthy of Him. In verse 39 He is say- ing about a lost man that finds salvation, through the blood of Christ, will be saved and will lose the desire to live his life as he did before he was saved. And Jesus is saying that if a person loses their past life, before salvation, for His sake will find a new life which will last forever. CORINTHIANS 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away, behold, all things are become new. How do you fit into this Scripture? Just Thought I'd Ask
