Pastor/Founder of the Grace Baptist Church, Lake Andes since 1988 M ARK 11:17 'He taught, saying unto them, is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.' (KJV) People today have lost the reason for gathering together--especially on Sunday.

They have actually become basically club houses in which music and entertainment are the real focus of those organizations.

If Jesus would show up at their Sunday gathering-- they wouldn't know who He is.

That is because they have let their places of 'worship' become anything but worship. Entertainment and music are the focus of their meeting and Jesus is on the back burner.

Instead of worshiping Jesus they are blaspheming Jesus for not going there to worship Jesus--our Lord and Savior.

Instead of Him being the focal point of their Sunday meeting, He is put last if at all.

Those who attend their club houses go home just as Spiritually dead as they were when they arrived.

Not so in God's real churches, where Jesus is the Head of the Church, and is taught from the Bible--the King James 1611. The music is sung with messages within them to bring the soul into the mood of hearing God's Word preached to help them to know Him, how to love Him, how to serve Him, and how to rid themselves of the sins in their life.

When all is said and donethe souls leave the church and practice in their life what was preached, in so doing they are blessed and grow in the grace of God's continued blessings.

That is what the Church is about--preaching--hearing-developing true faith in Jesus-- reaching souls for their salvation, pleasing God in every service.
