1 CORINTHIANS 1:25 'After the same manner also he took the cup when he had supped.( after supper) saying this cup( does not say this wine) is the new testament in my blood. this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.' (KJV) LUKE 22:17-18 17) 'And he took the cup, and gave thanks ,and said take this, and divide it among yourselves. For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God come.' (KJV) JOHN 2:7-9 'Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. And he saith unto them, Draw out now,and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it. When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine (unfirmented grape juice) he knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom'(KJV) Now before we get excited the word WINE in the Strongs Concordance says it is only used two times that did not go back to the root word---firmented.
Both times were when Jesus was involved. 1. At the last supper and 2. at the wedding feast This is because Jesus was a Nazerite who never drank firmented drinks and backed it up in: HABAKKA 24:15 'Woe unto him that giveth his neighbor to drink.'(KJV) If Jesus used real fermented wine, of large quantities to give now at the wedding feast--He would be disobeying His own words in HABAKKA.
That is why in the churches founded by Jesus Christ Who is the head of the Church use non-firmented grape juice in Communion services.
Now you know why. Does your church use firmented wine?
