Psalm 1:2 'But his delight is in the Law of the Lord,( the Bible) and his law doth he meditate (think on) day and night.'(KJV) DEUTERONOMY 17:19 'And it ( the Bible ) shall be with him, and he shall read there in all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear ( love ) the Lord his God to keep all the words of this law ( the Bible ) and the statutes, to do them.'(KJV) PSALM 119:97 'O how I love the law ( the Bible ) it is my meditation ( what I think of ) all the day'(KJV) As we look at these scriptures they are in one way or another instructing us to get into our bibles, to study the Bible and in so doing our lives will be prosperous.

The problem today is as we instruct people to read their Bible-they admit that they need to read it but do not set a special time daily to actually do it. They give in to the days troubles and miss out on God's blessings.

God's blessings are spelled out in clear words for those who read it.

Things like---trust in the Lord, and seek and ye shall find, and ask and ye shall receive and many other promises to those who are faithful.

It also tells us to not forsake the assembling together (go to church regularly) and why it is so important to do so.

Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God (the Bible preaching) God's Word ( Bible ) is inspired by God and is given to us to know the will of God and how to live it.

11 TIMOTHY 2:15 'Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.'(KJV) This is placed in God's word for our good---are you doing it.?
