PROVERBS 3: 5,6 5) ' Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6) In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths' (KJV) This is a profound statement in God's Word. It points us to something that is taught throughout the Bible as an instruction, not just a suggestion.
This scripture verse says-Trust in the Lord.
Placing your life's trust in anyone else is leading yourself to fail You can only trust your so called friends up to a point, and then they abandon you rather than help you. especially if your problem you are trusting them for is one that will take some time to accomplish. But when you trust in the Lord-you can completely know that no matter how long it takes, He will be there for you.--to guide you by His Word to elp you until you have completed whatever it is you are trusting Him for.
It will not matter to Him if what you are trusting Him for is something small or if it is something big and difficult for you---Just trust Him.
Trust is another word for faith. You by trusting Him, you are not only showing Him, you believe Him, but you have unwavering Faith in Him to help you.
This scripture says--lean not unto thine own understanding. This simply means--don't try to figure out how God is going to guide you--just trust Him. He will direct your path.
Following in the Word of God, living your life in fellowship of Him, in faith and total trust in Him, He will direct your path away from the sins of the world and into a path of righteousness--which then is pleasing to Him, an blessed of Him.
Stay faithful, believe Him, trust in Him and He will lead you to a blessed and wonderful life in this world--and keep you in the world to come.
Are you faithfully, believing in Him?
