MATTHEW 13:24-30 "Another Parable put He forth to them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field. But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares (weeds) among the wheat, and whet his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeard the tares(weeds) also.So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? From whence then hath it tares?(weeds) He said unto them, an enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, wilt thou then that we go gather them up? But he said, nay,; lest while ye gather up the tares(weeds) ye root up also the wheat with them.Let them both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say unto the reapers, gather ye together the tares(weeds) and bind them in bundles to burn, but gather the wheat into my barn."(KJV)

This parable is given as a lesson.

The man or householder is GOD, and God is telling what the kingdom of heaven will be like.

God has sowed the world with the Good News of Jesus being the self sacrifice for the sins of the world--and those who would believe in Him should not perish but have eternal life.But as the world was not paying attention, God's enemy, Satan--has sent forth his followers into the world to set forth lies about Jesus, and that heaven could be gained by other means.

Now those who believe are living on this earth along with those who have been deceived by Satan's teachings.

God says, leave them alone because if you mess with the unbelievers you might cause the believers to fail.

One day God says in His Word--The Bible-- that there is coming a harvest of the souls on earth. Those that have believed in Jesus, repented, and are saved will be gathered up--during the rapture and taken to heaven, But those who have believed in Satan's tall tales will eventually be placed into the Lake of fire--in Hell.

This is a simple lesson but one of the most important lessons to man.

Believe--repent--receive Jesus--get eternal life in heaven with Jesus-forever.

Reject Jesus--receive just reward. Have eternal punishment in hell with Satan.

Jesus made a choice for the world, but the choice to believe--he left up to us.
