STUDIETH TO ANSWER
PROVERBS 15:28 "The heart of the righteous "studieth" to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things."(KJV)
As we see in this PROVERB the "heart of the righteous studieth".
A righteous person who believes the Bible is the Word of God, who may have someone to ask him a Biblical question will not just quickly come up with an answer, unless it is a common question with a simple answer, but will take the time to answer a question that requires a true Biblical answer.
The Bible instructs us in IITIMOTHY 2:15 "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."(KJV) In so doing this person will be able to properly answer a Biblical question brought to him knowing that he found the answer in God's Word, because he studied it before answering.
But PROVERBS 15:28 goes on to say, "but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things."(KJV)
The Bible mentions "righteous ones" who are saved and heaven bound, it calls those who are not saved, "wicked." They might be nice people but without salvation thru Jesus Christ they are called "wicked."
Now we see in our scripture reference PROVERBS 15:28 that if the same question, that was asked of the righteous person who studied the Bible for the answer, was asked of the wicked person, who hasn't studied the Bible, would come out with whatever comes to mind, not knowing the truth, pours out untruths, which our scripture calls evil things."
It is very important to be sure you are answering the true answer from God's Word than a wicked persons rendition of what he thinks God's Word says.- and is misleading others.
Do you just read or study your Bible?
