HOW IS YOUR SERVICE TO HIM

PROVERBS 20:4 'The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest.'(KJV) PROVERBS 10:4 'He becometh pool that dealeth with a slack hand; but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.'(KJV) These scriptures are indicating that just because it is winter and the weather is cold that that should not excuse us from being faithful and serving the Lord.

By doing God's Will daily we are blessed. By not serving Him---in the winter, just because it is cold will find that not doing so results in missing out on God's blessings.

You can't just serve God when it is convenient for you to do so.

We are told to love God, with all our heart, mind, and soul, and that does not leave out doing it in the winter and cold To be rich in God's blessings requires us to be busy in His service all year, not just when it is warm. We must obey God's requirements if we want to be rich in His blessings.

To be rich in God's blessings is not an option---it is a requirement to love, honor and serve Him.

It does not cost you anything to be obedient to the Lord's Will.

While you may not be serving Him as you should, in obedience to His Word--Just think how blessed you are because Jesus obeyed the Father to come to Earth (He didn't check the weather report ) to be born, live, and suffer and die for your sins.

Just think of where you would be if Jesus -- decided o only obey His Father when it was convenient for Him to do so.

Be thankful that He did--now it is our time to be obedientlove ,honor and serve Him--all day everyday.

How's your service to Him?
