Monday, May 3rd the Avon Elementary Music Department put on a Spring Operetta called HATS! By John Jacobson and John Higgins. It was directed and Choreographed by Mrs. Autumn Schultz. The elementary students had a blast showing off their hats and moves.

The fourth grade students performed country roads with their ukuleles while guest stars, Mr. Lagge and Mr. Tolsma on lead vocals.

They wrapped up the evening with an outstanding performance of "Good Job" by Alicia Keys. The words were a reminder to everyone... parents, teachers, nurses, volunteers, etc. that they are doing a "good job" through all the challenges the world has faced in the past year due to the pandemic. Ron's Market donated a shopping cart and apron and the Avon Fire Department borrowed gear to make this heartwarming finale come to life.
