Greer Unit#11 American Legion Auxiliary held their monthly meeting on November 20 at the Post Home with 11 members present.

Vice President Juanita Stone called the meeting to order, Chaplain Margie Stone read the opening prayer. The Pledge of Allegiance and American Legion Auxiliary Preamble were recited in unison.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Treasurer's report was given and approved.

Membership chairman Barbara Kucera reported that we have 89 paid members. Goal is 93.

Community Service chairman Margie Stone reported appropriate cards had been sent.

Motion was made by Kathy Geiman to collect personal hygiene items for the ROCS pantry and supplies for school in place of a gift exchange, seconded. Motion carried. Please bring items to the December meeting.

Auxiliary members are to furnish a salad or dessert for the meal at the December 18 meeting.

Basket was won by Jeanette Fuchs and donated back to the Children and Youth Fund.

As there was no further business to come before the meeting, Chaplain Margie Stone read the prayer for peace and Vice President Juanita Stone adjourned the meeting.
