Greer Unit#11 American Legion Auxiliary met on June 16, 2022 at the Post Home with 12 members present.

President Juanita Stone called the meeting to order. Chaplin Margie Stone read the opening prayer. The Pledge of Allegiance and Auxiliary Preamble were recited in unison.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.

Treasurer's report was given and approved. No membership report was given. Correspondence was read from the District President Ruth Williams.

Community Service chairman, Margie Stone reported that appropriate cards had been sent.

The following will be serving brats at Wagner Super Foods on June 24: Margie Stone, Juanita Stone, Dolores Kotab and Barbara Clemens.

Thank you to all who helped distribute poppies on May 27.

Thank you to all who donated the salads and desserts for the lunch after the Memorial Day Program at the Armory. In spite of the rain, we had a very good turn out.

Linda Youngbluth made motion to purchase dictionaries for 3rd graders. Motion seconded and approved.

Margie Stone made motion to give donations to the following places: Fischer House, Berkahah House, Special Olympics, Children's Miracle Network, Lifescape, Ronald McDonald House, Wagner Swimming Pool, Senior Meals and Legion Band. Motion was seconded and approved.

The basket was won by Sandy Seiner and donated back to the children and youth fund.

As there was no further business to come before the meeting. Chaplin Margie Stone read the prayer for peace and President Juanita Stone adjourned the meeting.
