Our football Pirate of the Week is Easton Sees, a sophomore here at AHS, and the quarterback of our team. He has a couple of achievable goals in mind for the season. One is for the team to play to the best of their abilities, and his other goal is “Winning the State Championship.” Easton prepares for games by talking to his coaches and studying film. He gets hyped up for the game by listening to “House of the Rising Sun” and “Answer Shadow Man.” Easton has been playing football since the third grade and looks up to former quarterback Tom Brady. His favorite part about football are his teammates, especially Weston, Randall, and Al’Shamon because they make him laugh the most. His least favorite part is the conditioning. Easton balances football, schoolwork, and home life efficiently by working hard at school and not having to bring work home most of the time.
