The Avon Pirates (2-0) came away with the Homecoming victory on Friday night with a final score of 52-6.

In the first quarter, Jaden Stahl ran for 49 yards for the first Pirate touchdown with a two point conversion by Cade Faulkner. Cade Faulkner ran for a 14 yards touchdown with Noah Watchorn making the two point conversion. Closing out quarter one, quarterback, Paxton Bierema ran for a 15 yard touchdown and makes the two point conversion pass to Cody Soukup.

In the second quarter, Paxton Bieremaran foranineyardtouchdown and makes the two point conversion pass to Cody Soukup.

Cade Faulkner ran for a five yard touchdown in the third quarter for the Pirates.

Tyler Tjeerdsma made the final touchdown on the night in the fourth quarter, running for 29 yards.

Leading the pirates defensively was Kley Heumiller with six tackles and three sacks. Trace Pelton added 5.5 tackles and one sack.
