FEMA MOBILE DISASTER RECOVERY CENTER EXTENDS STAY TO JULY 19 TH
With the large number of visitors each day, the Mobile Disaster Recovery Center in Charles Mix County has extended their stay and will operate until Friday, July 19. By keeping the DRC open they hope to give everyone an opportunity to come in to register or get answers to their questions. The facility at the County 4H Building on 100 School Street in Lake Andes will open daily from 9 a.m., to 6 p.m. Everyone who has had damage caused by the storms and flooding or who is displaced from their homes is encouraged to come to the Disaster Recovery Center.
